I have not yet received the record I ordered in December. It bothers me that AAA record doesn’t take this issue seriously. AAA owes me an apology. Today I reported to The Council of Better Business Bureaus (CBBB) and the police through the Cross-Border Consumer Center Japan (CCJ).
