I have changed my receivers' address to Japan. Could you send your bills to Japan? I apologize for the inconvenience. If this is impossible for a systemic reason or something, would you send the package with another bill to my current address (in Oregon) incorporating the shipping charge to Oregon, USA ? Then I can pay the bill right away. Thank you for your assistance.
