The problem, however, is that the whole business affair became very complex because too many interested persons joined and many real estate agents searched their profits for it. I was thinking from the first not to join this business due to the initial extraordinary expensive premium. Due to a strong desire to get it from someone on our side, however, I was obliged to begin transaction wit the seller. As a result, I think they came to take the initiative for this transaction.
