なので私は添付資料にある通り、郵便局に国際調査の依頼をしています。
御社はすでにお客様への返金を完了していますが、もし国際調査の結果、
お客様へのお届けが完了されているとの結果が出た場合、
もちろん返金は取消されるのですよね?
ご回答よろしくお願い致します。
もしお届けが証明されたにも関わらず返金されないならば、
今後どのように商品を発送すればいいのでしょうか。

I checked with the clerk at the post office and was told that in Pakistan, even if the parcel is recieved by the customer, tracking result shows under custom inspection.
Therefore, as in the attached file, I requested the post office for international search.
You already made refund for your customer, but if the result of international search proves that the delivery to the customer was completed, you will cancel refund, right?
Please kindly reply on this.
If refund is not made despite of the proven delivery, how should I send items in the future?

We checked with the post office staff and found out that the tracking results for packages addressed to Pakistan indicate them to be under customs inspection even if they are already delivered to the recipients. Therefore, I requested an international investigation to the post office as shown in the attached document.
You have already completed the refund to the customer, but if the international investigation shows that the package was delivered to the customer, I assume that you will cancel the refund, correct?
