郵便局の係員に確認したところ、パキスタンはお客様にお届けが完了していても、
追跡結果は通関検査中と表示されるとのことです。
なので私は添付資料にある通り、郵便局に国際調査の依頼をしています。
御社はすでにお客様への返金を完了していますが、もし国際調査の結果、
お客様へのお届けが完了されているとの結果が出た場合、
もちろん返金は取消されるのですよね？
ご回答よろしくお願い致します。
もしお届けが証明されたにも関わらず返金されないならば、
今後どのように商品を発送すればいいのでしょうか。
