私は昨年の１２月に３セットずつ２回、合計６セットの三脚を購入しました。
リベートを２回申請した内の１回３本分は承認され、プリベイドカードを頂きました。
しかし、同じ書類を提出している残りの３本分は、日付が入っていないとの理由で却下されたので、
今回の問い合わせに至っております。
ネットショップから購入したので、それぞれ支払い確認のメールと、トラッキングのEメールを送信させて頂きます。
日付はEメール中にありますが、トラッキングのメールを見て頂ければ、オーダーの日付が書いてあります。

I bought 3 sets twice, total of 6 sets of tripods in December last year.
I applied for rebate twice, one application for 3 sets was approved and I received a prepaid card.
However, about the remaining 3 sets for which I submitted same documents, they were rejected because the date was not filled in. That's why I'm making inquiry this time.
I bought from online shop, so I'm sending you the payment confirmation email and tracking email.
Date is shown on the email, but if you see the tracking number email, there is a date which they were ordered.
