I delivered the item before the expected delivery date.
The problem with delivery is the responsibility of the Singapore post office.
It's not that I refused to return the shipping costs,
it's that before I even could, the buyer was claiming that I had to Amazon.
Inquiries usually take several weeks,
so it's a shame that I should receive a bad review
and that the buyer should write that inquiry,
ignoring the multiple times that we had corresponded.
The buyer canceled the order because
the item didn't reach them until several months after the order was placed.

It was not like I declined the return of postage fee,
the buyer contacted AMAZON and were told that before hand.
