私は配送予定日前に商品を届けました。
配達の不備は購入者かシンガポール郵便局の責任です。
私が送料の返金を断った訳ではなく
その前に購入者がアマゾンに問い合わせた時にその様に言われたそうです。
調査請求書(inquiry)は通常数週間かかるものであり、
わざわざ調査請求書を書きに行ったり
何回もメールのやり取りをしたにも関わらず
このような評価をいただき残念です。

キャンセルした理由は発売予定日の数ヶ月前であり
商品が手元になかったからです。

I sent the product on the planned day.
Any problem caused in the sending processed were by singapore postage or the buyer.
It was not like I declined the return of postage fee,
the buyer contacted AMAZON and were told that before hand.
Inquiry usually takes couple of weeks and even though we went through writing a research receipt and writing emails, it is very regretful to get a rating as such.

The reason for cancel was because it was a product planned on selling couple of months after and we did not have the product then.
