入荷した商品を検品したところ、 箱のラベルは オーダーした商品でしたが 中身の商品が一回り小さいサイズの商品でした。 採寸比較しますと各々３ミリから４ミリ違 います。 至急、無償で正しい商品を出荷してください。また、 不良商品は着払いで返品したいので運送会社のアカウント 番号を教えてください。最後に月末の商談は、キャンセルさせて下さい。なぜなら、申し訳ないのですが、急遽 展示会の予定が入ってしまいました。

On checking the products we received, the label on the box was for the products we ordered, however the products inside are smaller ones in one size. When measured, they are 3 to 4 mm smaller each. Please ship the proper products immediately free of charge. Also, give us the account number for the shipping company, since we will return the wrong products C.O.D.. Lastly we are sorry but we would like to cancel the business negotiations scheduled for the end of this month, because we will have a sudden exhibition.

After inspecting the delivered goods, we found that, although the labels on the boxes show the correct size we asked, the delivered products inside the boxes are one size smaller than the size indicated on the boxes. We did the measurement and there are 3-4 mm differences in sizes. Please arrange to ship the products of the right size for free of charge ASAP. When the goods arrived, I checked and notice that the contents was one size smaller than ordered size though the label of box was correct size. Measuring comparison, it is different respectively from 3mm to 4mm. Please ship a correct commodity free of charge asap. Also, I want to return a wrong commodity by cash on delivery so let me know your accounting number of the carrying company, please. Lastly, please let me cancel the business meeting at the end of the month as I have to go to an exhibition.
