日本の憲法についてエッセイを書きたいと思う。
日本の憲法は世界ではよく平和憲法とも呼ばれている。
日本は第二次世界大戦のとき、アメリカと戦争をした。
アメリカ、日本共々多くの人々がなくなった。
アメリカと戦争を始めるまで日本は、軍国主義の道を
進んできた。しかし、アメリカに敗戦後、新しい憲法を宣言し
そのもとで民主主義として再出発することになった。
平和憲法といわれる由縁は、以下の３つの宣言からである。
「戦争の放棄」「戦力の不保持」「交戦権の否認」
I will write an essay on the Constitution of Japan.
The Constitution of Japan is regularly referred to as a "Peace Constitution".
In World War II, Japan waged war against the United States.
Many people from both countries lost their lives.
Until this war, Japan had been a militaristic country. But after losing the war to the United States, it created a new constitution and started over as a democratic country.
This constitution is referred to as a "Peace Constitution" for the following declarations made within the constitution: "Renunciation of war", "renunciation of military forces", and "denying the right of belligerency of the state".
しかし、現在この憲法は時代にあわないと、憲法を変更する
べきだと主張する人々と、維持すべきだという人々と大きく
議論されている。
この日本の平和憲法を通して、平和とはなにか、
そして今後日本は国際社会に対してどのように接して、
貢献していくべきかを、書きたいと思う。
また、日本はこの平和憲法を維持すべきか、変えるべきかについても
考察していきたいと思う。
However, there is currently a big debate among the people who believe that we should amend the constitution and those who believe it should be kept as it is.
I would like to write about what peace is and how Japan should deal with and contribute to the world community through Japan's peaceful constitution.
Additionally, I would like to discuss if Japan should maintain this peaceful constitution or change it.
