昨日、ebayで落札したスワロフスキーアクセサリー10点が到着しました。
しかし商品を確認してみると、10点全て、スワロフスキーの石がしっかりはまっていなかったり、浮いていたり、ずれていたりしております。
10点全て返品しますので、返金もしくは交換をして頂きたいと思いメール致しました。
前回はこの様な事が無かったので、今後も継続して購入していきたいと考えておりますのでご検討下さい。

Hello.
I won a bit for 10 accesories of Swarovski at eBay and got them yestareday.
However, after confirming them, I found that all the 10 jewerlies of Swarovski isn't fit completely, is floating a bit or miss the point.
I am senging them back to you and would like you to pay me back.
That's wahy I mailed you.
There is nothing like this the last time and would like to continue buying some from you.

But I found all of 10 have something wrong with its SWAROVSKI stone. Some of the them are not set well and unstable or are not in the right place.
I would like to return all 10 items. Will you refund me or replace them with good ones?
