昨日、ebayで落札したスワロフスキーアクセサリー10点が到着しました。
しかし商品を確認してみると、10点全て、スワロフスキーの石がしっかりはまっていなかったり、浮いていたり、ずれていたりしております。
10点全て返品しますので、返金もしくは交換をして頂きたいと思いメール致しました。
前回はこの様な事が無かったので、今後も継続して購入していきたいと考えておりますのでご検討下さい。

10 SWAROVSKI accessories I won on ebay arrived Yesterday.
But I found all of 10 have something wrong with its SWAROVSKI stone. Some of the them are not set well and unstable or are not in the right place.

I would like to return all 10 items. Will you refund me or replace them with good ones?

The items I won last time were just fine, and I am willing to purchase again in the future. I appreciate your consideration.
