昨日、ebayで落札したスワロフスキーアクセサリー10点が到着しました。
しかし商品を確認してみると、10点全て、スワロフスキーの石がしっかりはまっていなかったり、浮いていたり、ずれていたりしております。
10点全て返品しますので、返金もしくは交換をして頂きたいと思いメール致しました。
前回はこの様な事が無かったので、今後も継続して購入していきたいと考えておりますのでご検討下さい。
