注文がキャンセルされています。
商品は確保されているのではなかったのでしょうか？
確保されているからこそ、クレジットカードと免許証を送ったのですが。

However, I just checked order number 11020 and found that the order was canceled.
Wasn't the item kept for me?
I have sent you the credit card and the drives licence to ensure that I get them.
I am very much displeased as I felt like that only my private information was taken.
