顧客からの指摘ですが、恐らく印字の剥げや擦れのため、バラバラの内容に見えているのだと推測されます。但し、印字の大きさが異なるものはどのような理由からでしょうか？

Our customers pointed this out, probably because some part of printed letters fell off or rubbed off, they look different. However, what's the reason the size of printed letters are not the same?

According to what our client pointed out, it could be guessed that the printed letters which peeled off or worn away most probably made them look different. However, how could we explain about the difference in the size of the printed letters?
