一か月くらい前から、急激な円安になってきてるので、私たちも正直、苦しい状況にあります。
最近はライバルが増えてきて、アメリカからの輸入品なのに、アメリカの方が高くて日本の方が安いということが、結構あります。
ただ、急激な円安によるものなので、もう少し時間が経てば落ち着くのではないかと私は思っています。

Though we want to buy it sentimentally, this product is being sold for about 14,000 yen (147 dollars) now in Japan.
Because it has been a sudden weak yen for around one month, frankly speaking, we are in the painful situation.
Our rivals increase recently, and the price of the item in U.S.A. is often higher that that in Japan, though it was imported from U.S.A..
But I think that it may calm down with the course of time, because it is due to the sudden weak yen.

Thanks very much for the offer. I would love to buy it, but this item is sold currently in Japan around 14000yen.
Since about a month ago there is a sharp drop of yen currency and we are having difficult situation if we are to be honest.
Recently there are increasing number of rivals which often made imported goods from America are more expensive in America than in Japan.
I think this situation will be stabilized in the near future as this is only caused by the sudden weakness of yen.
