Shikieiki YamaxanaduはTouhou Kaeizuka ~ Phantasmagoria of Flower Viewに出てくるラスボスです。
彼女は閻魔様であり、地獄に住んでいます。
幻想郷の地獄の裁判長であり、幻想郷でも最高位の神様とも言えます。
どんな相手に対しても生前の罪を裁き、はっきりと判決を下すことが出来ます。
そして彼女の判決を覆すことは不可能です。
最強クラスである八雲紫や西行寺幽々子でさえ彼女を苦手とし、映姫が近づくと感じると逃げ出します。

Shikieiki Yamaxanadu is the final boss of Touhou Kaeizuka ~ Phantasmagoria of Flower View. She lives in the hell, and is Yama, the king of the hell.
She is the chief judge of the hell of Gensokyo (Fantastic Home Village), and she is the god of the highest order in Gensokyo. She judges peoples crime whoever they are, and gives verdicts to them clearly.
No one can overturn her verdicts. Even Yukari Yakumo and Yuyuko Saigyouji feel it hard to get along with her, so they get away if they feel that she is approaching.

原作では、どのキャラクター選んでもでも最終的に彼女に出会っても必ず説教されることから、お説教キャラクターのイメージが強いです。
更にEXTRAステージは、彼女をプレイヤーキャラクターになり幻想郷中の妖怪や人間に説教して周るというお話です。
しかしお説教の内容は、幻想郷についてやそのキャラクターの深い部分について触れるものなので、東方ファンの方は必見です。
同人誌では部下の死神である小野塚小町と一緒に出ることが多いです。
小町は働き者の四季映姫と違いサボりぐせのあるキャラクターなので、四季映姫はよく彼女を説教することが多いです。
しかし四季映姫も彼女が好きだからこそお説教をするので、彼女たちは愛し合ってるとも言えます。
また同じ仏教同士である聖白蓮とのカップリングも存在します。
余談ですが、英語表記ではGood or Evilですが日本語だと白黒はっきりつける能力になります。

Komachi is different from hard working Shikieiki and tend to be a truant character and Shikieiki often tells her off.
Shikieiki preachs her out of love and It may be said that they love each other.
There is a coupling with Hijiri-biyakuren as they are both Buddhist.
To make a digression, it is Good or Evil in English but it means an ability to call a spade a spade in Japanese.
