商標使用契約について、株式会社大阪との契約は３月３１日に終了します。
株式会社大阪は引き続き３年間の契約更新を望んでいます。それに際して、京都株式会社は以下の書類を日本の国税庁に提出する必要があります。
１．"CALIFORNIA INTERNATIONAL" のＩＲＳ証明書
申請取得して原本を郵送してください。
前回の証明書を添付しました。参考にしてください。
お手数をおかけ致しますが宜しくお願いいたします。
Regarding the trademark use agreement, the contract with Osaka Co., Ltd. will be finished on March 31.
Osaka Co., Ltd. hopes for the renewal of the contract for 3 years sequentially. On the occasion, the Kyoto company has to submit the following documents to the Japanese National Tax Agency.
1. Acquire the IRS certificate application of "CALIFORNIA
INTERNATIONAL", and please mail the original copy.
I attached the last certificate. Please refer to it.

２．"CALIFORNIA INTERNATIONAL"の京都株式会社への委任状。
文面は以下の通りです。

法的代理 人としてのものであることを証言し確認します。

"CALIFORNIA INTERNATIONAL"のレターヘッドに記入し原本を郵 送してください。
2. The Power of Attorney by "CALIFORNIA INTERNATIONAL" for Kyoto Kabushiki Kaisha
It should be written as follows:
"Date
I hereby testify and confirm that the words and actions of Kyoto Taro, the representative director of Kyoto Kabushiki Kaisha, located in Kyoto-city, represent the the words and actions of legal representative of "CALIFORNIA INTERNATIONAL".
Signature".
Please print the above sentences on a paper using the letterhead of "CALIFORNIA INTERNATIONAL" and mail it to us.
