I have tested it many times.

It is not true that it is due to the power source in Japan.

We have purchased the same product from other suppliers as well.

However, we never recieved a complain or refund of those.

What could be possibly a reason why we such trouble with the product bought from you in the first deal.

I'm afraid but I would say it's a problem of the problem with the product you supply.
They are inferior goods which the power shut down in use obviously.

I would like to get refund as I return the products.

I tried the action so many times.
If you say this trouble is caused by Japanese power,I would say you are not right.
We bought exactly same product from the other companies.
But we have never had to claim or return.

I wonder why this trouble is occured with product from your company,which I buy from first time.
