日本の電源を問題にするなら、それは間違っている。

我々は他の業者からも同一商品を何度も購入している。

しかし、それらの商品は一度もクレームはないし、
返品もありません。

初めて取引をするあなた達の商品では何故このようなトラブルが発生するのでしょうか？

扱っている商品問題があるとしか思えません。
使用ていると明らかに電源が落ちる不良品です。

商品を返品するので返金して下さい。

I have tested it many times.

It is not true that it is due to the power source in Japan.

We have purchased the same product from other suppliers as well.

However, we never recieved a complain or refund of those.

What could be possibly a reason why we such trouble with the product bought from you in the first deal.

I'm afraid but I would say it's a problem of the problem with the product you supply.
They are inferior goods which the power shut down in use obviously.

I would like to get refund as I return the products.
