この商品のバッテリーが、開封時にすでに破損しておりました。
初期不良だと思うのですが、一部返金または、換えのバッテリーを送っていただけないでしょうか？

Only one item was broken.
I bought ○○ via eBay on ○ ○.
When I opened the item, battery was already broken.
I think it's an initial failure, will you make partial refund or send battery replacement?

Only one item was broken.
I purchased it at eBay on ***. （日付を入れください）
Its battery was already broken when I opened its box.
I believe it is an incipient failure, so could you refund me partially or ship me a new battery for a replacement?
Could you check on the attachment?
One is a picture at settlement time and the other one is a picture of the broken battery.
I would appreciate your attention to this matter.
