本件の運送契約はDHL豪州とMODEL MART様2社間にて
契約は締結しております。その際に交わされて内容では
運送事故があった場合は日本側ではなく豪州側で
DHLは補償するという内容となっております。今回の破損の詳細はすでに
DHL豪州側へは伝えてございます。
従いまして、大変申し訳ございませんがその
2社間協議の内容は日本側には知らせはまいりません
補償につきましてはMODEL MART様へお問い合わせください。

I was contacted by DHL Japan.
Transportation agreement for this case has been made between the two parties, DHL Australia and MODEL MART. On the agreement, DHL is to cover at Australian side, not in Japan side in case of any transportation acidents. In this case, details of the damage have already been informed to DHL Australia.
Therefore, we are afraid to inform you that any information discussed between the above two parties will not be notified to Japan side. As for the compensation, please kindly contact MODEL MART, thank you.

We understand that you inspected the items before sending.
This is an accident occurred during transportation.
Broken items were mostly found in one box.
Other boxes did not have such problem, so assumedly the box was thrown or fallen.
Please fila a complain to DHL Austraria from your side.
There should be no problem using insurance.
I hope to continue business with you in the future, but in worst case, I will talk to PayPal.

All of broken items were found from a particluar box.
There was no damage in the other boxes. So, I assume that someone threw or dropped down the box.
Please make a complaint to DHK Australia.
You'll have any loss if you use the insurance.
