I understand that you did inspection of items before shipment.
This is an incident occured during the shipment.

All of broken items were found from a particluar box.
There was no damage in the other boxes. So, I assume that someone threw or dropped down the box.

Please make a complaint to DHK Australia.
You'll have any loss if you use the insurance.
