The razor we sold you is very old and rare, so we hope you recognize that it is meant as an antique or as part of a collection.

We will refund your money promptly after the returned item arrives in Japan, but please understand that we cannot refund the EMS shipping charge for shipping your original order.

We value you as a customer and hope to do business with you in the future, so if you elect to not return the razor we will refund $20 of your purchase price to help smooth things over.
