かなり破損した状態で送られてきました。

I live in Japan, so I send products I buy in the US to the forwarding company's warehouse in Florida.

I am afraid to let you know the bad news but this is regarding the order I made the other day.

I found that one of the three packages, which tracking number is +++, was damaged badly when I received.

I live in Japan. So, I use a forwarding company to send items, which I buy in USA, to Japan.

Today I received photos from the forwarding company. Please confirm the damage shown in those attached photos.
11 packages out of 16 packages were damaged heavily. I can not sell those.
Please refund for the 11 packages.
