先日注文した***です。
3つの荷物の内の一つ、トラッキングナンバー+++のパッケージが
かなり破損した状態で送られてきました。
私は日本に住んでいます。
ですので、アメリカで買った商品をフロリダの転送会社の倉庫に
送っています。
今日、契約している転送会社の担当者から、写真が届きました。
添付しているので、確認してください。
16個の内、11個がひどい状態です。
これでは、商品にはなりません。
11個分は返金して欲しいです。
残念ですが、宜しくお願いします。

I have bad news today.
It's about the *** that I ordered the other day.
One of the 3 packages (with tracking number +++) arrived, heavily damaged.
I live in Japan, so I send products I buy in the US to the forwarding company's warehouse in Florida.
Today I received some photos from the person in charge at the forwarding company.
Please check the attached photos.
11 of 16 are in horrible condition.
I cannot sell them at all.
Please refund for the 11 items.
This is unfortunate. Thank you in advance.

I found that one of the three packages, which tracking number is +++, was damaged badly when I received.
I live in Japan. So, I use a forwarding company to send items, which I buy in USA, to Japan.
Today I received photos from the forwarding company. Please confirm the damage shown in those attached photos.
11 packages out of 16 packages were damaged heavily. I can not sell those.
Please refund for the 11 packages.
