She was in position to discipline the team as vice captain of the seminar. She took the initiative to make comments without hesitation while other students hesitated to do that. About 2 months later of the training, a conference of research results was held. Arguments with students occurred because of being pushed for time, however, she straightforward dealt with it with seminar captain of the seminar every time. I recognized that the students of her generation had helped with each other very well. Students tried hard to make their presentation simple for the audience.
