thank you for the mail. We phoned already DHL, and they told me we had to wait until 15.12.2012 . Only if the delay if longer than that 15.12 we would be able to start an request because of a delay....

メールをありがとうございます。DHLに電話しましたが、12月15日まで待つようにと言われました。遅延が12月15日以降に及ぶ場合にのみ遅延による申請を行うことができるようです。

他にDHLか日本郵便からの情報があればお知らせください。
