All of the participant had thorough knowledge of the matter and the debate went on with high speed, but each ot them made their personal statements and it seemed that the debate would not be concluded. So, I assumed a role as a rubricant and a helm and continued to suggest the direction of the debate. I created an enviroment for them to be able to take full advantage of their strengths in the debate, not to put it with force.
After having fixed a focus point of discussion, I let them get back to the issue at the moment and check the level of the discussion. When the debate got stalled, I offered an another point of view to make them conscious about the integrity.

Everybody was specialized in something, and carried the discussion fast but because they argued strongly against each other, it was hard for us to conclude the discussion. So I tried to reduce the friction and be a steer person by continuously implying where the discussion should be headed. Instead of forcefully pulling the team into one direction, I created an atmosphere in which everyone can perform at his/her best. I established one storyline as an axis, and during the discussion I helped people to see the point they were debating about, and which level the debate was on. When the discussion got stacked at very narrow point, I also provided a different perspective to the team so that they could see the overall theme and the width.
