We are very interested in your VISA DEBIT CARD service.
The reason is because few years ago we made contract with American credit card company to sell cards, but change in the law made this service difficult and we temporarily stopped it.
If we can provide service for issuing your cards in Japan, we'd like to be involved in that business. If you have such partner program, please let us know the details.
