私達はあなたのVISA　DEBIT　CARDサービスについて大変興味を持っています。
なぜなら私たちは数年前にアメリカ系のカード発行会社と契約してカードを販売しておりましたが法改正により取り扱いが困難となり現在はサービスを一時休止しています。

Our company provides consulting service for credit card payments in Japan.
We are very interested in your VISA DEBIT CARD service.
The reason is because few years ago we made contract with American credit card company to sell cards, but change in the law made this service difficult and we temporarily stopped it.
