I heard Mr. Wan comes to Japan on 20th of September, so I would like to go to Tokyo as well if I could arrange my work schedule and my company allows me to go.
I am not good enough to have an conversation in Chinese, so is it better to go with a translator if he could meet me?
Or is he with a translator?

I've heard Mr.(Ms.) Oh is coming on September 20th, I would like to go to Tokyo if my company approved and I could schedule my work. I'm not fluent in Chinese and if Mr.(Ms.) Oh can see me, should I take an interpreter with me? Or does Mr.(Ms.) Oh have an interpreter?

Given that Mr. Ou will arrive in Japan on September 20th, if my work schedule can be adjusted and I am given permission from my company, I would also like to go to Tokyo. I am not proficient enough in Chinese to hold a conversation, so if I am able to meet Mr. Ou, should I be accompanied by an interpreter when I go? Or, is it better that Mr. Ou have an interpreter?
