9月20日に王さんが来日されるとの事でしたので、仕事のスケジュールを調整し会社の許可が出れば、私も東京に伺いたいと思います。
私は会話が出来るほど中国語が堪能ではありませんが、もし王さんがお会いいただけるなら、通訳を伴って行った方がよいでしょうか？
それとも、王さんの方で通訳の方がいますか？

I heard Mr. Wan comes to Japan on 20th of September, so I would like to go to Tokyo as well if I could arrange my work schedule and my company allows me to go.
I am not good enough to have an conversation in Chinese, so is it better to go with a translator if he could meet me?
Or is he with a translator?
