写真ではヘッドパーツは上部周辺の内部部品がないように見えるのですが、ストッパーやキャップまでついてますか？
最近こういう高級フレームの部品は汎用品が合わなく、代理店で購入しないとサポートが得られないため、欠品があるとちょっと困ります。
もう少しで私の家に到着するので、まだ商品は見てませんが、教えてもらえますでしょうか?

In the picture, it seems like there is no inner components around the upper side of the head parts though, do the stopper and cap come with it?
Since the components of high-grade frames wouldn't fix with a general-purpose products today, and we won't get any support as long as we buy things at a business agent. So we need to be careful to avoid the trouble.
