I am actually having two problems with this delivery. I would like you to advise me about whether it is ok to consult you on this or whether I should re-open the case.

1. The packages which arrived at the FBA center went missing and were found 18 days later.
This enquiry still remains open.

2. One part of the package was missing on delivery.
The following items are all missing:
3 out of 4 items are missing.
I have lots of experience dealing with deliveries from Amazon America, but this is the first time that items have been lost.
As I would also like to receive more packages in the future, I would be grateful for a detailed investigation.
