２．この納品に際し荷物の一部が紛失しています。
以下の商品はすべて紛失
４点中３点が紛失
私は米国のAmazonでの納入経験が豊富ですが、商品が紛失したのははじめてです。
今後も追加納品をしたいので、詳しい調査を希望します。

Actually, this time regarding to the order, I experienced two kinds of problems. Please advise if I should talk to you or reopen the case.

1. The luggage that had arrived to FBA center went missing and was discovered 18 days later.
This case is still open.

2. From this shipping, a few items are missing.
The following products are all missing.
Three of the four items are missing.
I have a lot of experience with Amazon.com from the US, but this is the first time products have gone missing.
Since I keep doing business, I request detailed investigation.
