Both the English and the Thai do not make a lot of sense. The English uses non-standard phrases and the meaning is not clear. Neither is the Thai.

This is perhaps the best and clearest of the translations. At least it follows the opening English sentence fairly well. And that's saying something as the English is pretty awful.
