If you've purchased items during one of our store-wide sales and we do not have one of your products in stock, we we will immediately order the goods from the manufacturer. If there is to be a long delay, or the manufacturer is currently out of stock, we will contact you and relate the information to you.
If you are placing an INTERNATIONAL ORDER or we have questions regarding your domestic order, you will be contacted by one of our staff to verify credit card information and to double check your order.
