「五つの自戒」
つらいことが多いのは、感謝を知らないからだ
苦しいことが多いのは、自分に甘えがあるからだ
悲しいことが多いのは、自分のことしかわからないからだ
心配することが多いのは、今を懸命に生きていないからだ
行きづまりが多いのは、自分が裸になれないからだ
この詩を読んで心に響きました。
いつも何かに不満を持ったり、将来のことを心配したりしていて
最近疲れきっていました。
常に何か足りないとばかり思っていて、気持ちばかり焦ってしまい
今を一生懸命生きるということが出来ていなかった気がします。

The reason I have so many hardship is because I do not appreciate
The reason I suffer so much is because I tolerate myself
The reason I worry so much is because I do not embrace life hard enough
The reason I have so many the dead end is because I cannot be bare
This poem moved my heart.
I was exhausted lately because I was not happy about something all the time and I was always worried about the future.
I was always thinking that something is missing and I was feeling rushed.
I was not embracing life hard enough.

"Five self-disciplines"
Since I don't know gratitude, there's a lot of pain.
Since that I spoil oneself, that it's often painful.
Since I understand only myself, there's a lot of sadness.
Since I don't live through life strenuously right now, there are lots of worries.
Since I can't be the nude, there are so many uncomfortable lines.
I was inspired when I read this poem.
I'm always dissatisfied with something, I was anxious about the future and have been tired lately.
I have always thought that something is missing, I'm always feeling impatient, but now I can say that I wasn't able to live through a strenuous life.
