・滞在日程について
申請書類Aなどに滞在日程の記載が必要なのですが、
仮日程ということで、下記日程でいかがでしょうか。

・滞在場所について
Bさんから提案がありました。インターン期間中の滞在先として、Bさんと一緒に10名程度が暮らしている、六本木一丁目（当社オフィスまで45分程度）にある、一軒家のシェアハウスはいかがでしょうか。この場合には、当社が家賃を直接支払い、同額をallowanceから差し引きます。
・申請書に記載する申請人情報として、下記事項を教えていただけますか。
