私は日本で掛軸を作る仕事をしています。
この掛軸は私が仕立てました。
中国の有名な画家の斉白石の作品を知り合いの書家さんから譲り受けました。
中国の絵画の掛軸はたいてい白系の色を使った掛軸が一般的です。
ただ、部屋の壁と同系色になる事が多いため部屋の中で作品がぼやけてしまう可能性があります。
また大変古い作品なので作品の紙も茶色に変色していました。

This one is of my own creation.
I have received these famous works of art executed by Qi Baishi, a most famous Chinese painter, from a calligrapher I happened to know.
The hanging scrolls of Chinese paintings are usually white.
However, they might blend with the white colour of the walls and be hard to distinguish.
Also, the paper of very old works has been changed to a shade of coffee.

私は一般のご家庭の壁紙の色にも十分作品が映えるようにこのキレの色を使い、また作品の上下にはこのように一文字をいれて日本式に仕立てました。
もちろん作品を鑑賞していただくのは当然なんですが、そんな掛軸が出来上がるまでの過程を少しでも知る事によって作品の見方が変わってくるのではないでしょうか？
中国の画家が書いた作品を日本人が日本式で掛軸を仕立てる。

At first I thought of creating a Chinese-style hanging scroll utilizing white, but as there usually are many works shining on the walls of average households already, I decided to go with this piece and according to Japanese style, draw a straight line above and below the work in question.
Of course I am certain that you will appreciate the true beauty of this work, but I thought maybe you might be interested in the working process, too, this thus changing your way of perceiving the finalized work of art.
Paintings executed by Chinese artists are often turned into hanging scrolls according to the Japanese tradition. I am sure such a piece of Asian culture will make a fantastic contribution to the interior design of your room.

I am thinking of making a white colored hanging scroll if a Chinese style hanging scroll is to be made,
I used this striking color so that the piece of work can shine sufficiently even on the wallpaper of common homes, and in addition, on the upper and lower ends of the work I added a vertical line of words to finish it off with a Japanese feel.
Of course the piece of work is expected to be appreciated, but don't you think that if the steps that were taken for this piece of work to be completed could be known even a small bit, the way of looking at the it would change accordingly?
