Some of the products (3 items) were broken.
Parts for motorcycle model, car model's box, dog doll's package were damaged. They were all purchased as brand new items.

The box containing products had sufficient amount of air-gaps, and had "fragile" sticker on it.
However, it seems like it was damaged by some impulse while shipping. There were dents on the package box as well.

I am very disappointed with this shipping. I would like to charge guarantee for these products.

Three parts of the merchandise I purchased were broken.
First, the components for the motorcycle model. Second, The box which the car model came in. Third, the package for the dog doll. These were all supposed to be brand new.

There was enough air packing in the box, and there also was a fragile sticker on it.
However these seem to have broken during delivery. I also noticed that the box was damaged.

Some part (3 points) of the delivered product has broken.
One damage is of motorcycle model, one damage is to the outer box of the car model,
and another damage is seen for Dog Doll package.Eventually all purchased product were new brand.

In product containing cardboard there was enough contained air cap,also Fragile sticker was affixed.
However, damage would have been occured during the tranportation .There was recessed in the corner of the cardboard.

I am very dissatisfied with this delivery. I seek compensation for these products.
