配送された商品の一部(3点)が壊れていました。
１つはバイク模型の部品の破損、1つは車模型の外箱の損傷、1つは犬の人形のパッケージの損傷がみられていました。いずれも新品で購入したものです。
商品の入った段ボールには十分にエアーキャップが入っており、壊れ物ステッカーも貼ってあった。
しかし、輸送時の衝撃で壊れたと考えられます。段ボールの隅にも凹みがありました。
わたしは今回の配送に大変不満を感じております。これらの商品の補償を求めます。
早急にご返答お願いいたします。

Three of the items that I received were damaged.
The part on the bike model, the package of a car model, and the package of a dog doll have some damage.
I bought them as brand new.
There are enough bubble cushioning in the cardboard box, and the fragile sticker is on it as well.
However, I believe that they got damaged by the impact at the time of transportation. I can clearly see a dent on the corner of the cardboard box.
I am not happy at all with this delivery, and I will request for compensation for these damaged items.
I look forward to your prompt reply.

Three parts of the merchandise I purchased were broken.
First, the components for the motorcycle model. Second, The box which the car model came in. Third, the package for the dog doll. These were all supposed to be brand new.
There was enough air packing in the box, and there also was a fragile sticker on it.
However these seem to have broken during delivery. I also noticed that the box was damaged.
I am very disappointed about the delivery. I expect a refund.
