配送された商品の一部(3点)が壊れていました。
１つはバイク模型の部品の破損、1つは車模型の外箱の損傷、1つは犬の人形のパッケージの損傷がみられていました。いずれも新品で購入したものです。

商品の入った段ボールには十分にエアーキャップが入っており、壊れ物ステッカーも貼ってあった。
しかし、輸送時の衝撃で壊れたと考えられます。段ボールの隅にも凹みがありました。

わたしは今回の配送に大変不満を感じております。これらの商品の補償を求めます。
早急にご返答お願いいたします。

Three of the products you sent me are damaged.
There are a defect in a part of a motorcycle model, a damage to the outer package of a car model, and a damage to the package of a dog-shaped toy. None of them are secondhand, I purchased them in a new condition.

There was enough cushion inside the box, and there was a fragile sticker outside too.
However, considering that there were a dent on a corner of the box, these damages must be caused by the shock during the transportation.

I am very unhappy about this shipping. I would like to ask you for compensation for these products.
