日本に転送し到着した荷物が足りません。それはリチウムイオンバッテリーです。"MYUS"（転送会社）に荷物が到着した時点では7個ありました。しかし、Commercial Invoiceには一個しか記載が無い。DHLで無くなったのではなく、明らかに”MYUS”で無くなったものと思われます。どうなっているのですか？すぐに返事がほしいです。

There are missing lithium ion batteries from the package delivered to Japan. When the package arrived at MYUS, there were 7 of them in the package. However, the commercial invoice only lists 1. They were not lost at DHL, so clearly, they must have been lost at MYUS. How should I proceed with this? I hope to get a response asap.

I am missing some of the packages I had forwarded to Japan. They were supposed to have lithium ion batteries. When the packages reached MYUS (the forwarding company), there were seven of them. However, only one is listed on the commercial invoice. It seems clear that they were lost not by DHL, but MYUS. What happened? I would appreciate a quick reply.
