What is Blu-spec CD2?
The original recording of "Blu-spec CD2" is emulated not only by using blue laser that is used for cutting Blu-ray Disc used in Blu-spec CD(TM), but also by using the mastering method used in Blu-ray Disc (Phase Transition Mastering) resulting in a pit-formed, ideal CD-sized, high-precision Blu-spec CD2. Also, the material used by the disc is regarded by "Blu-spec CD(TM)" as a high-quality material which is high-polymer poly-carbonate.

[Blu-spec CD2] not only follow the blue laser that is used for cutting of Blu-ray disc, which is used in [Blu-spec CD(TM)] in the manufacturing of the original disc of [Blu-spec CD2], but also follow complete mastering system (Phase Transition Mastering) used for Blu-ray Disc. And, implement the pit shape of highly accurate and ideal disc size. Further, as disc material, use high quality material (high polymer polycarbonate), which is recognized as [Blu-spec CD(TM)].
