Your claim might be considered if it had been a sealed product which it is most certainly not (as also readily discernible in the pictures). That is why I have assumed you might still be in possession of the item in question.

Please understand that there was NO USB cord. This implies that the camera cannot be charged which simply means that the product CANNOT BE USED.

This was supposed to be a birthday present for a friend.
