症状としましては電源は入っているにもかかわらず、時間が合わないという状況ですか？
この時計の電池の寿命は約５年となり寿命が来たことは考えにくいです。
また、一度でもフル充電時ができますと約10ヶ月は可動が可能です。

You mean the problem is even if it is on, the time adjustment does not work?
The battery of the clock will last about 5 years,so it is not likely it came to the life of it.
If you charge it full,it will last about 10 months.

This watch's battery life is around 5 years, so I wouldn't think it has been dead.
And, once it get fully charged, it will work for around 10 months.
