その時あなたは、8/29に不足分の一台を送ったとメールで書いていましたが、9/10現在、まだ届いていません。
一体、どうなっているのでしょうか？
不足分の一個を送った時の伝票番号を教えてください。

最近は日本の市場でライバルが多いので、もう少し値引きしてくれると大変助かります。
この個数で2割引きが難しいとおっしゃるならば、いくつ買えば2割引にしてくれますか？

My name is A, I placed an order with you on 8/23. I ordered two items but only one of them has arrived.
I told you this on 8/30 and you said in your email at that time that you had sent the other item on 8/29, however it is now 9/10 and it still isn`t here.

Though it is A 8/23 was ordered to perform, only one set has reached having placed even if n order for two sets.
This inquiry was as of 8/30.
Then, although you were writing that you sent one set of an insufficiency to 8/29,by e-mail.it has not arrived yet as of 9/10 at present.
What's going on at all?
Please let me know a check number when one of an insufficiency is sent.
Although it is B, since there are many rivals in the market in Japan, if a price is cut to a slight degree, it will be saved very much these days.
