こちらの商品ですが、アメリカの転送業者から、
日本に輸出を出来ないと連絡が有りました。
商品を返品したいのですが、
どのように手続きをすれば良いでしょうか?
商品は、配送業者の手元にあります。
発送元のアマゾンに問い合わせているので、
48時間程待ってもらえないですか?
返品したい旨を伝えています。

According to an American forwarding company, the item cannot be imported to Japan.
I'd like to return the item and I was wondering how I could do it.
The item is at the hands of the forwarding company.
Currently I'm contacting Amazon, the provider of the item.
Could you wait about 4 hours?

I have heard from the American courier company that this item can not be exported to Japan.
I would like to return the item. What steps should I take to do this?
